As a beginner multi-sport athlete, I know how tough hills can be and I also know that it is really important to train for them, so on race day you are prepared to handle them. Also, having just been challenged like never before in my career, I chose to face the &quot;hill&quot; head on and do the hard work and make the changes necessary to get over it. I now have more tools to handle future &quot;hills&quot; with confidence.</description>
